Irina Dzhus is a Ukrainian designer and stylist. Her conceptual brand DZHUS is internationally known for its multi-purpose and gender-fluid outfits, made of cruelty-free materials. Since the war began, DZHUS has relocated to the EU and has been donating 30% of its profit to Ukrainian animal rights organisations.
Founded in 2010, DZHUS is now sold in Japan, China, Belgium, Portugal, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Australia, Poland, and online worldwide. The brand collaborates with The Hunger Games and Star Trek Discovery and shows its collections during Fashion Weeks in Berlin, Paris, Kyiv, Vegan Fashion Week in LA as well as Design Weeks in Milan, Eindhoven, and Vienna. DZHUS popularises ethical fashion through its emblematic, exquisitely intellectual allegories.
We talked with Irina during Berlin Fashion Week in the showroom of Ukrainian designers – Fashion Park Lviv about her brand and participation in international shows.
